GREEN RIPPED DATES
Aseel green dates can not be eaten at this stage due to the high percentage of tannins. therefore, next process to be most important for this fruit.
YELLOW / RED DATES
Yellow date belongs to Phoenix dactylifera is said to be the sweetest and creamiest among its relative types. The fruit is attached to branches with some small ones.
HALF BROWN DATES
Dates since they ripen slowly and have good resistance to moisture. Because of its great moisture resistance, this Dates is very simple to clean.
